The Owl and the Pussycat

In January 1972 Banbury Cross Players presented The Owl and the Pussycat at College Theatre, Banbury. The Script was written by Sheila Ruskin and David Wood, based on the writings of Edward Lear. Music and lyrics were by David Wood.

The Owl and the Pussycat went to sea,
In a beautiful peagreen boat,
They took some honey and plenty of money
Wrapped up in a five pound note.
